Business Development Manager – Cross-Border Payments (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our cross‑border acquiring and payment solutions in Singapore. You will own merchant and partner acquisition across high‑growth verticals, design commercial partnership models, and translate our technology into measurable value for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development in target verticals such as F&B, unmanned retail and cross‑border e‑commerce, identifying client needs and designing partnership models.
• Analyse market size, growth trends, regulatory landscape and client pain points to shape go‑to‑market strategy.
• Distil client requirements from research, interviews and competitive analysis and create tailored industry solutions.
• Drive marketing initiatives, market expansion and key‑account relationship management for industry clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; background in International Trade, Marketing or Finance is a plus.
• 3+ years of B2B business development experience, including at least 1 year in cross‑border payments or fintech.
• Established network enabling rapid access to decision‑makers in target companies.
• Strong consultative selling ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Proven experience collaborating with product, engineering, risk and operations teams.
• Professional proficiency in English and working proficiency in Mandarin.
