Business Development Manager – Crypto Financial Services

About the role

Amber Premium, the institutional crypto finance arm of Amber Group, is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of its Assets Under Management (AUM) in Singapore. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, expanding distribution channels, and driving client acquisition across both institutional and high‑net‑worth segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and nurture new distribution partners and client relationships to increase AUM and trading volume.
• Lead prospect and client demo calls, gather feedback and relay insights to product and operations teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing institutional and individual clients throughout the region.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless, compliant market operations.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, business development or client relationship management.
• Minimum three years of experience in crypto or traditional financial services (more experience considered for senior roles).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
