Business Development Manager – Semiconductors & Electronic Components

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the semiconductor and electronic components market across Singapore. The role involves managing the India team, nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach the India team to ensure timely resolution of customer escalations.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while prospecting new accounts.
• Handle customer RFQs, prepare and submit quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Review and negotiate sales contracts and manufacturing service agreements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and order fulfilment.
• Monitor product inventory and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductors, trading or distribution.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑border teams and handle customer negotiations.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently for customer and supplier meetings.
