About the role

Telnyx is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business across Singapore and the broader APAC region. This remote position focuses on prospecting, relationship building, and introducing Telnyx’s voice, messaging, wireless, and networking solutions to a diverse set of industries.

Key responsibilities

  • Source and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social outreach across APAC, with emphasis on Southeast Asia.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers, build early‑stage relationships, and secure qualified meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and articulate how Telnyx’s technology solves real problems.
  • Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives, collaborating on sales strategy.
  • Log activity and insights in Salesforce to maintain pipeline visibility.
  • Continuously learn Telnyx’s product suite and competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to messaging, outreach tactics, and market positioning for the APAC region.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Experience in SaaS or telecom sales is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working remotely.
