Business Development Representative

About the role

Addepar is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Representative to join its commercial team in Singapore. You will help expand Addepar’s presence across Southeast Asia and the broader APAC wealth and investment management ecosystem, working closely with sales, marketing, and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across Singapore and the APAC region.
• Create, manage, and prioritize a targeted list of strategic accounts aligned with the commercial strategy.
• Conduct high‑level discovery conversations and engage key stakeholders in private banks, family offices, RIAs, and investment management firms.
• Build and maintain account intelligence through research, contact addition, activity tracking, and territory planning with Account Executives.
• Help shape outbound messaging, regional campaign strategies, and prospecting tactics that resonate in local markets.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities passed to the Sales team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong interest in wealth management, private capital, or investment technology.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented, and comfortable building something new in a high‑growth, cross‑border environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa, or Japanese are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
