Business Development Representative

About the role

Rythmagica is seeking a full‑time Business Development Representative to join its Singapore office. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and building strong relationships with prospective partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings to generate and qualify leads.
• Present Rythmagica’s products and value proposition to prospects.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and gather market feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports and contribute ideas to improve lead generation and sales processes.

Required profile

• Strong sales and lead‑generation skills with a proven track record in consultative selling.
• Excellent communication abilities and comfort handling objections.
• Experience in partnership building, market research, and opportunity analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment with high ownership.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Singapore and collaborate across functions and cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Interest in sustainable hardware, upcycling, and community‑driven products.
