Business Development – Revenue Marketing Solutions (External Traffic)

About the role

The Revenue Marketing Solutions (External Traffic) role sits within Shopee's Monetisation team. You will drive seller adoption of external traffic tools, grow their spend, and ensure strong ROI by leveraging Meta Ads and Google Ads solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set growth targets for the external traffic programme and drive initiatives to increase seller usage.
• Understand existing tools, propose improvements, and handle seller and relationship‑manager enquiries throughout onboarding, adoption, and optimisation phases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for external stakeholders, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate on go‑to‑market activities, creating marketing materials such as email pitches, articles, and decks.
• Design and automate dashboards and tools to monitor key performance metrics.
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to inform product and revenue strategies.
• Clean and analyse data to extract insights for strategic planning and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to process optimisation, project ideation, and execution across internal and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent project‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of turning data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; cross‑functional experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in e‑commerce, consulting, or programme management is advantageous.
