Business Executive – Singapore

About the role

Stavian Chemical is seeking a Business Executive for its Singapore office to support material sourcing, supplier management and commercial activities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in material sourcing and distribute information to regional commercial teams.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor market trends, coordinate shipments and ensure competitive pricing and stable supply.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and support business development initiatives.
• Provide regular market insights, reports and updates to internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments.
• Prioritise tasks efficiently to drive business results.
• Conduct market research and prepare analytical reports.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business or Marketing.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, organised, team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
