Business Marketing Manager - Radiation Oncology Solutions (APJ)

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Business Marketing Manager for Radiation Oncology Solutions (ROS) to join its Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) Business Management team. Reporting to the Head of Business Management, ROS APJ, the role works with product marketing teams on business planning, performance management and portfolio strategy, and develops competitive strategies that drive profitable growth. It combines analytical capability, commercial judgement and cross-functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director of Product Marketing on APJ annual and long-range business planning, turning strategy into market assumptions, growth targets and resource requirements.
• Build business cases, market projections and scenario analyses, and set KPIs and governance routines to track performance.
• Partner with Finance, Sales and marketing teams in APJ zones, and prepare executive recommendations for leadership.
• Support portfolio strategy across the product lifecycle, assess portfolio attractiveness and profitability, and drive installed-base adoption of upgrades, upsells and replacements.
• Maintain an APJ market landscape covering size, growth, customers, clinical trends, reimbursement and regulation, and shape segmentation, positioning and pricing.
• Set up competitive intelligence, develop competitive strategies, battlecards and account-level tactics, and anticipate competitor responses.
• Lead cross-functional programmes across Product Management, Sales, Finance, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Service, Applications and Marketing Communications, and turn strategy into workplans with clear owners and milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above; a background in radiation or other oncology fields is strongly preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in business management, strategic planning, portfolio or product management, preferably in a large healthcare or medical technology company, with regional or global responsibility.
• Proven experience in portfolio, segmentation, positioning, pricing, lifecycle and go-to-market strategies in complex, multi-country markets.
• Willing to travel more than 30% of the time, work weekends and early mornings/evenings, and able to work from any of the APJ countries (Singapore, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand).

Required skills

• Market research and competitive intelligence, synthesizing data into strategic implications and tactics.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills with an excellent command of English.
• Leadership experience managing diverse groups across locations, and knowledge of Asia Pacific markets.
