Product Marketing Manager - Radiation Oncology Software

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for Radiation Oncology software solutions in the Varian Radiation Oncology Solutions business area across the APJ region. The role covers business planning, order performance, forecasting and acting as subject matter expert for advanced treatment planning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the sale of the assigned product portfolios, acting as technical product expert, developing and presenting sales proposals and systems solutions, and closing complex technical sales.
• Develop GTM plans for the software portfolios, set priorities for cross-functional teams, build clinical evidence strategies and create training materials and collateral such as brochures, sales PPTs and white papers.
• Use market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and clinical trends, and partner with regional, zone and global product marketing teams to segment customers by clinical and economic needs.
• Support regulatory affairs on new product registration, work with regional and country marketing teams and the sales team to develop reference sites, and lead the execution of marketing plans.
• Deliver technical presentations and software demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders, and build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, government agencies, regulators and key opinion leaders.
• Produce business plans, order results and forecasts for the region, own the business case, launch and post-launch processes, and support the Director of Product Marketing in performance monitoring.
