Business Planning System Analyst Intern (Summer)

About the role

Marvell is seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern for its Business Planning Systems team. The team supports Operations, Marketing and other teams by delivering insights, dashboard solutions and automation capabilities. The internship offers hands-on experience in data transformation projects that support strategic decision-making across Operations and/or Marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and enhancing data pipelines and dashboards.
• Support data analysis initiatives that improve business decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data modeling and/or dashboarding projects.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Use Claude, Glean or other Frontier / Agentic tools to carry out the above tasks.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital/Business Transformation, Automation or a related field.
• Understanding of database management and data analysis principles.
• Eager to learn and tackle real-world business data challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with data handling tools such as Power BI, SQL and Python in the context of business intelligence.
