Business Process Management Intern

About the role

Sleek, a Singapore-based provider of back-office software and AI tools for micro-SMEs, is looking for a full-time Business Process Management intern to join its Global COO office's BPM team. The intern uses AI tools to prototype automations, streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs) and turn customer and operational data into systemic improvements that raise customer experience across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Build 2-3 AI-powered prototypes or automations (for example with Claude or Replit) that cut repetitive manual work for Ops and CX teams, with time saved measured
• Refresh or create SOPs and knowledge-base articles for priority processes, adopted by the relevant teams
• Analyse weekly bad CSAT scores and escalations, propose root causes and systemic fixes, and support continuous improvement and audit
• Clean and organise key operational datasets (such as Zendesk and CSAT data) so they are reliable and dashboard-ready
• Own one cross-functional project end-to-end, including training materials and change management across at least two markets

Required profile

• Final-year student or recent graduate (Bachelor's degree or above)
• Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), with at least one example of something built, automated or analysed
• Ability to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship (40 hours per week)
• Nice to have: Replit, low-code/no-code, basic Python or SQL, Tableau, process mapping

Required skills

• Data analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
• AI tool usage (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
