About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Ambassador to join our café/restaurant team at City Hall, Singapore. The role involves greeting guests, escorting them to tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Key responsibilities

Meet and greet customers at all times.
Escort guests to their tables.
Ensure service floor and table cleanliness.
Advise customers on food and drink menus.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager on duty.

Required profile

Prior experience in food & beverage service preferred.
Availability to work 5.5 days per week, 11:30 am – 9 pm.
