Camp Development Manager

About the role

The Camp Development Manager is responsible for refreshing administrative facilities across MINDEF/SAF camps and bases. This role drives the planning, coordination and execution of large‑scale workplace and infrastructure renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the refresh of administrative facilities in military camps and bases.
• Gather and scope user and operational requirements for development projects.
• Develop evaluation criteria, select and contract vendors or service providers.
• Liaise with tenant units, DSTA, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
• Obtain planning permissions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage vendors to meet scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Ensure smooth, timely implementation to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in project management and large‑scale workplace or infrastructure refresh.
• Experience in construction projects, including Security‑By‑Design and Green Mark elements, is advantageous.
• Strong ability to work in high‑performing teams and adapt to changing conditions.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship building, critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
