About the role

Join a well‑established public‑listed multinational provider of integrated aviation services as a Cargo Coordinator at Changi Airport. This entry‑level position offers a 6‑day rotating shift schedule and full training, making it ideal for fresh graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Handle cargo operations, including loading, unloading, and movement of shipments using manual handling and forklifts.
• Verify cargo documentation and system records to ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight agents, and other stakeholders to resolve operational enquiries and issues.
• Lead and supervise a team of Cargo Handlers, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant handling of cargo shipments.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Good supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work permanent shift schedules and undergo forklift certification.
