Catering Sales Manager

About the role

METT Singapore is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to lead the generation and management of catering and event sales across social, corporate and group segments. Based on-site in Singapore, you will guide the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to successful event delivery, working closely with the events, food & beverage and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new catering and event business through lead response, networking and market research.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts and menu options tailored to client needs.
• Conduct site inspections and collaborate with internal teams to design menus and coordinate event logistics.
• Track revenue performance, maintain accurate records in sales/CRM systems and generate regular reports.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in catering sales within hospitality, events or food & beverage environments.
• Experience in hotel or venue sales, preferably in lifestyle or luxury properties.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
