CFM Associate Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a CFM Associate Engineer to support 12‑hour shift operations in our 300 mm silicon wafer fab. The role ensures process integrity, assists engineers with qualification activities, and contributes to continuous improvement of production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform 12‑hour rotating shift duties to support wafer production and maintain machine process integrity.
• Assist engineers in qualifying and fine‑tuning production processes.
• Troubleshoot process‑related issues to minimize lot hold times.
• Monitor and improve qualified processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other statistical tools.
• Coordinate with specialists to ensure efficient work execution and strict adherence to SOPs.
• Participate in process improvement projects and QIT programs to boost productivity and output quality.
• Work with QA on internal audits and maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Microelectronics Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Statistical Process Control (SPC).
