Channel Marketing Executive

About the role

The Channel Marketing Executive will support the Channel Marketing Manager in driving business growth across Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. Working closely with sales teams and external partners, you will help design, execute and evaluate consumer and trade promotions that strengthen brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing channel‑specific marketing plans, calendars and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with sales managers to align on channel strategies and ensure timely execution.
• Plan, organise and implement consumer and trade promotions, sampling programmes and customer activation events.
• Source premiums, prizes and create supporting collateral in partnership with the Market Planning team.
• Monitor in‑store activation, POSM placement, equipment deployment and new product launches.
• Conduct post‑promotion analysis to assess effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Track promotional spend against budget and report on business and brand performance per channel.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of brand management, trade marketing or sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• Proven ability to develop and implement channel strategies and promotional plans.
• Strong project‑management skills with meticulous follow‑up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work across functions.
