Checker Specialist – Logistics

About the role

The Checker Specialist ensures that all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately verified against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. Working within DSV’s logistics team, you will help maintain precise inventory records and support smooth transport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and check shipments against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and shipment details.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and update logistics reports, spreadsheets, and related documentation.
• Assist in scheduling and monitoring transport and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and shipping standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Support the logistics team in identifying process improvements and reporting issues promptly.
