Chef de Partie – Western Cuisine

About the role

LE RAINBOW CATERING is looking for a motivated Chef de Partie (Western) to join its central kitchen in Bedok. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking Western dishes according to a daily production schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items based on the daily production plan.
• Execute bulk cooking operations in a central‑kitchen environment.
• Oversee packing room activities to ensure they follow the schedule.
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation as defined by management.
• Enforce workplace safety, food‑handling, and hygiene standards.
• Drive efficiency and productivity across all production areas.
• Keep the production area clean and well‑organized.
• Verify that finished goods meet quantity and quality targets.
• Check receipt and proper storage of raw materials.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in Western cooking and managing a culinary team within a catering operation.
• Strong sense of taste and creativity in food presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and start early mornings.
• Preferred residence in East Singapore (Bedok) and availability for a 6‑day work week (7 am – 5 pm).
