About the role
We are looking for a skilled Chef to lead our kitchen in delivering authentic Chinese cuisine across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare high‑quality Chinese dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
- Train, mentor and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent food standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Collaborate with management to develop and update menu items, incorporating creativity and innovation.
Required profile
- Proven culinary expertise with a focus on Chinese cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to guide a kitchen team.
- Ability to consistently produce high‑quality food while adhering to safety standards.
