About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Chef to join our kitchen team at Head Chef Pte. Ltd., operating islandwide in Singapore. The role involves preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining a clean environment, and managing inventory.

Key responsibilities

Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
Prepare ingredients such as chopping, peeling vegetables and cutting meat.
Cook food using various utensils, grills, and ovens.
Monitor cooking process, stir or turn food as needed.
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before service.
Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
Store food and other items properly and check ingredient quality.
Monitor stock levels and place orders when shortages occur.

Required profile

Proven experience as a chef.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Very good communication skills.
Willingness to work night shifts and public holidays.

Required skills

Experience using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.
Knowledge of cooking procedures such as grilling, baking and boiling.
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
