About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will steer TRANSFINITE AI’s overall business strategy, focusing on Physical AI, robotics, and AI data solutions. This senior leadership role requires shaping growth plans, building partnerships, and driving commercial success across Singapore and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic direction and growth initiatives.
• Lead all business operations, ensuring strategic, commercial, financial, and operational targets are met.
• Oversee the development and commercialization of AI‑related solutions, including data preparation, pipelines, model validation, and data operations for robotics applications.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key customer relationships.
• Engage with AI developers, robotics firms, technology partners, and enterprise customers to craft commercial solutions.
• Manage major client projects and coordinate technical, data, operations, and business development teams.
• Set annual business plans, revenue targets, budgets, and KPIs, and monitor performance.
• Represent the company in negotiations with customers, partners, investors, and advisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Finance or related field.
• Extensive senior management experience in technology‑driven businesses, preferably AI, robotics, or data services.
• Proven track record in corporate strategy, business development, and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with international customers, technology partners, and investors.
