Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Lead Four Star Growth

About the role

Four Star is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to steer the company through its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, expanding market presence in Singapore, and ensuring long‑term profitability across mattress, furniture and lifestyle product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth and identify new channels for expansion in Singapore.
• Set and review annual revenue targets for all product categories.
• Lead sales teams across retail, dealer and corporate channels and define competitive pricing strategies.
• Develop and oversee procurement strategies to secure high‑quality finished goods.
• Lead product design and R&D initiatives to launch new mattress and furniture ranges.
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics and quality control.
• Hold overall P&L accountability, develop finance strategy and manage budgets, cash flow and capital expenditures.
• Champion the Four Star brand, define marketing strategy and manage corporate communications.
• Lead department heads, shape organizational culture and drive recruitment, retention and succession planning.
• Report to the board, ensure legal compliance and manage stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CEO or senior managerial role within the mattress or related furniture industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and deliver sustained revenue growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen and market insight.
