About the role
The Administration Operations Executive ensures the smooth daily functioning of Rainbow Centre’s services, providing reliable administrative, data, and operational support to service leaders and teams. This role enables staff to focus on delivering high‑quality services to clients and families while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Process client information related to finance, personnel, and general administration.
- Maintain client records, ensure data integrity, and generate reports.
- Support procurement activities and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide financial and staff administration assistance.
- Deliver customer service and act as a point of contact for service teams.
- Deploy to any Rainbow Centre service or centre as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma or tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Linguistics, Economics or a related field.
- Experience in business administration, finance, procurement or customer service is advantageous.
- Ability to handle confidential information in line with PDPA and organisational policies.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Jira.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
