Chief of Staff to Founder

About the role

We are seeking a high-energy Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder of a fast-growing AI-augmented services company. You will act as the Founder’s operational right-hand, turning intent into action across meetings, travel, events and daily decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the Founder’s operating system, ensuring every meeting has a clear objective, prep material and follow-up.
• Tri­age inboxes (email, Slack, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram) and draft 80 % of responses using AI tools.
• Set and enforce daily, weekly and monthly cadences, including check-ins, board prep and review sessions.
• Plan and execute complex travel itineraries and logistics for trips between Singapore, NYC, London, Melbourne and other locations.
• Organise team off-sites, leadership dinners, client entertainment and community events.
• Leverage AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI) and automation workflows to multiply productivity.

Required profile

• Proven ability to thrive in a high‑pace, high‑stakes environment with a “get‑things‑done” mindset.
• Willingness to work six days a week, predominantly on‑site in Singapore, with flexible hours.
• Comfort with constant feedback, rapid iteration and challenging assumptions.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using AI‑assisted tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Notion AI.
• Proficiency with productivity and automation platforms (e.g., Notion, workflow automations).
