Chinese Language Preschool Educator (Islandwide, Singapore)

About the role

This position is for a Chinese Language Preschool Educator working across multiple centres in Singapore. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, and focuses on delivering a high‑quality, culturally relevant Chinese curriculum to young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Chinese language lessons in line with the organisation’s curriculum framework.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment that fosters trust and respect.
• Co‑design and implement developmentally appropriate activities, integrating innovative teaching practices.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the community to support children’s learning.
• Guide junior educators, sharing best practices and encouraging professional growth.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the preschool’s collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE‑T or CECCCE).
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior experience in early childhood education is an advantage.
