Civil Engineer – Construction Site Management

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to monitor and manage construction site operations, ensuring that designs, safety standards, budgets, and timelines are strictly adhered to. You will work closely with senior engineers to deliver high‑quality road and underground structure projects using modern technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Manage site operations in line with project specifications, drawings, and safety rules.
• Coordinate with senior site engineers and construction managers to resolve issues and align goals.
• Oversee construction phases related to road and underground structures, applying technical expertise.
• Execute and supervise ERSS, reinforced concrete (RC), and foundation works to meet safety and quality requirements.
• Utilize BIM and CAD software for site planning, design verification, and progress tracking.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with civil or LTA projects is preferred.
