Civil Engineer – Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Civil Engineer to lead and supervise construction projects from planning through to completion. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil engineering and construction projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate site activities, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare tenders, quotations, cost estimates and technical proposals.
• Lead project and site meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment as needed.
• Support budgeting, cost control, invoicing and contract administration.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, construction or project management.
• Experience in site supervision, project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of earthworks, roads, utilities and infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
