Civil Project Engineer

About the role

HONSEI BUILDER is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join its senior executive team. The role involves supporting the planning, coordination and supervision of large‑scale civil infrastructure projects, including road works, drainage and utility installations across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, scheduling and execution of civil construction works.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and on‑site teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor project progress, safety standards and quality compliance.
• Prepare and review technical submissions, shop drawings and project documentation.
• Support the preparation of progress reports and cost tracking.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural or Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the civil engineering industry.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
