Claims Executive – Motor Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a Claims Executive to support our motor insurance clients throughout the claims process, from accident reporting to repair coordination and final payout. The role involves direct interaction with clients, workshops, surveyors and insurers to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with accident reporting and documentation.
• Advise clients on claims procedures and vehicle repair processes.
• Follow up with workshops on repair status and keep clients updated.
• Coordinate with surveyors and insurance companies to secure prompt payouts.
• Handle general client queries at the reception counter.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Enjoy interacting and helping clients.
• Effective communication skills.
• Motivated and driven personality.
• Ability to multitask.
• Interest in the automotive industry.
• Minimum 1‑2 years experience in motor car insurance companies (preferred).
