Cleanroom Assembly Technician

About the role

Frencken Mechatronics is seeking a Cleanroom Assembly Technician to assemble precision components in a cleanroom environment for high‑tech industrial and semiconductor applications. The role involves strict adherence to contamination control protocols while collaborating with engineering and quality teams to deliver high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleanroom assembly of precision components following strict cleanliness and contamination control procedures.
• Install Helicoils into components according to engineering specifications.
• Conduct helium leak testing to verify leak‑tightness and address any defects.
• Inspect assembled parts for defects, document results, and report non‑conformities.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, including work instructions and test records.
• Ensure assembly and testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure smooth assembly processes.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in cleanroom assembly, preferably in precision manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem‑solving abilities.
