Client Account Manager II – Greater China Export

About the role

Pinterest is looking for a Client Account Manager II to lead the Greater China Export business. You will own a portfolio of high‑potential advertisers, drive revenue growth, and help shape the future of Pinterest’s performance‑driven advertising in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with 10–20 verticalized advertisers (Apps, Ecommerce, Gaming, etc.) and proactively engage them on performance, optimization, and new opportunities.
• Tailor strategies to each vertical’s seasonality and maturity, turning data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
• Become an expert in Pinterest’s lower‑funnel and performance products, delivering clear performance updates and recommendations.
• Lead client meetings such as business reviews and optimization sessions, and identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Advise advertisers on media strategies, targeting, bidding, creative, measurement, and testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Measurement, Creative Strategy, Performance Solutions) to solve complex challenges and scale successful approaches.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility, and contribute to the development of vertical playbooks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital advertising or media sales, managing performance‑oriented advertisers.
• Direct experience with Greater China Export advertisers; experience with Ecommerce, Retail, Apps, or Gaming is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage a scaled portfolio of 10–20 accounts with structured operating rhythms.
• Strong communication skills, data‑backed storytelling, and ability to work across geographies and functions.
• Fluency in business Mandarin and English, comfortable with business travel, and a bachelor’s degree.
