Client & Retail Program Manager

About the role

This position drives the delivery of fashion‑focused projects that elevate both client experience and retail operations across the Southeast Asia region. Acting as the single point of contact for client‑retail initiatives, you will ensure projects transition to stable, business‑as‑usual standards while continuously improving tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and adoption of new retail and client digital platforms across boutiques, coordinating with Digital Solutions, global, regional and market teams.
• Monitor platform performance, collect user feedback, and manage service KPIs to drive ongoing enhancements.
• Support training, documentation and change‑management activities to embed digital solutions into daily operations.
• Strengthen after‑sales and client experience through the Chanel et Moi program, ensuring consistent physical and digital service quality.
• Develop and execute a multi‑year roadmap for after‑sales capabilities, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders.
• Oversee deployment and day‑to‑day usage of the fashion associate digital app, acting as liaison between retail teams and IT.
• Track app usage, performance and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
