Client Service Executive, Private Bank (AVP)

About the role

Deutsche Bank's Private Bank, one of the largest wealth managers worldwide, is looking for a Client Service Executive to support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in the day-to-day servicing of clients. The role sits in a centralized team reporting to a local manager and covers transaction processing, resolving account and payment problems and providing operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Private Banker in delivering excellent service to high-net-worth clients and handling daily desk and market tasks
• Manage desk administration, meetings and related arrangements
• Understand client needs and help maintain account relationships
• Act as the client's main point of contact for initiating instructions, monitoring funds for payment, preparing fax instructions, forms and loan disbursement instructions
• Escalate issues to management in a timely way
• Apply knowledge of the regulatory framework, including confidentiality, secrecy, data protection and cross-border rules

Required profile

• 7+ years of Client Service Executive or Assistant Relationship Manager experience (AVP level)
• Private Banking or Wealth Management experience is a must
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Relevant local licenses and qualifications such as CACS Paper 1 and 2 are a must
• Team player who meets tight deadlines, self-motivated and meticulous
