Client Service Executive – Private Banking (Contract)

About the role

Join a high‑performing private banking relationship team and gain exposure to client servicing, operations, and wealth management. This temporary position supports relationship managers in delivering exceptional service to high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process client requests and transactions accurately, adhering to internal procedures and service standards.
• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries and support relationship‑building activities.
• Assist with client reviews, account maintenance, and ongoing servicing initiatives.
• Prepare meeting materials, conduct research, and support sales and pipeline management for relationship managers.
• Coordinate transaction settlements and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of client instructions.
• Prepare client correspondence, account opening documentation, reports, and credit‑related paperwork.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, KYC standards, due‑diligence procedures, and internal risk controls.

Required profile

• Previous experience in private banking, wealth management, retail banking, or financial services support functions.
• Strong administrative and client‑servicing abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
