Client Strategy, Mid-Market (APAC)

About the role

Rogo’s Client Strategy team members are highly motivated individuals with a proven track record in finance and a desire to drive client outcomes. You’ll own a portfolio of accounts end‑to‑end, driving adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies, identifying client priorities, high‑value financial workflows, key stakeholders, and expansion opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients with a prescriptive and consultative approach.
• Work directly with bankers and investors to apply Rogo to research, diligence, and financial analysis, building internal champions.
• Plan and run QBRs and business reviews to align on client goals, roadmap, and next steps.
• Own the renewal process end‑to‑end, forecasting timelines, managing stakeholder alignment, and mitigating churn risk.
• Monitor adoption and health signals, quarterback escalations, and prevent churn through proactive engagement.
• Relay client insights back to product and engineering teams to improve the product and customer experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of front‑office experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, asset management, hedge funds, or a comparable investment role.
• Alternatively, 3+ years in customer‑facing roles such as client strategy or account management within high‑growth fintech serving finance customers.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and interest in owning client outcomes, including adoption, renewals, and expansion.
• Outstanding project management, organization, and detail‑orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain complex financial concepts.
