Clinic Assistant / Enrolled Nurse – Specialist Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Clinic Assistant / Enrolled Nurse to join our specialist clinic team. You will act as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth front‑desk operations and supporting clinical staff in delivering high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at the specialist clinic.
• Handle front‑desk duties including customer enquiries, appointment scheduling and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to clinicians and doctors.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or doctor.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working in a clinic setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work at rotating locations, primarily Parkway East with occasional shifts to Orchard.

Required skills

• Experience with Plato software (advantage).

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 2,000 to 3,500.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:00, Saturday 08:30‑13:00; Sundays and public holidays off.
