Clinic Assistant – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of our integrative health centre in Singapore. The role involves front‑desk duties, dispensary support and assistance to physicians, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Register patients, file consultation cards and enter patient details into the computer system.
• Handle cash transactions, reconcile daily collections, prepare bank‑in lists and deposit cheques and cash.
• Manage appointment scheduling, answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
• Dispense medication, monitor stock levels, raise purchase orders and conduct month‑end stock takes.
• Prepare treatment rooms each morning, assist physicians (including chaperoning male doctors for female patients) and ensure rooms are tidy and equipment is switched off at closing.
• Perform general housekeeping of reception, dispensary and treatment areas and manage petty cash, mail and courier deliveries.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned by clinic management.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Han Yu Pin Yin input.
• Relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle confidential information.
