Clinic Assistant (Junior Executive)

About the role

The Clinic Assistant will support daily operations in a busy medical clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow and assisting clinicians during consultations. This junior‑level position offers exposure to both administrative and clinical tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients, manage appointments and walk‑ins.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
• Prepare and clean consultation rooms before and after each patient.
• Dispense medication with correct labels and instructions.
• Collect payments, issue receipts and support billing/claims.
• Update patient records and clinic management systems.
• Take basic measurements (height, weight, blood pressure) when trained.
• Monitor and restock clinic supplies, maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Answer phone calls, handle enquiries and provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or relevant certificate.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Caring and professional attitude when dealing with patients.

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
