Clinical Team Lead - Mental Health

About the role

Lyra Health provides mental health solutions for employers, serving more than 20 million people globally. As Clinical Team Lead in Singapore, you will oversee clinical team management and consultation, ensure quality and compliance with local regulations and Lyra standards, maintain in-country clinical knowledge and infrastructure records, and lead, develop and train therapists and counsellors. The role is permanent, five days a week (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm, and requires on-site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Clinical team management: set up clinical supervision and consultation aligned with global standards, run case consultations and peer learning sessions, and support performance management so team members meet clinical expectations.
• Quality and compliance: conduct case reviews against internal standards and protocols, ensure adherence to Singaporean and international clinical protocols with the Clinical Operations Manager, contribute to quality assurance, and work with the International Clinical Lead on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Infrastructure and knowledge: maintain up-to-date records of Singapore's mental health infrastructure, relevant legislation and cultural nuances, and act as subject matter expert on the local landscape.
• Team development: line manage therapists and counsellors, give regular 1:1s and performance feedback, identify training needs and deliver targeted clinical training.

Required profile

• Flexible to work outside standard hours to support the global business and international teams across time zones.
• Reliable backup power supply and a strong, stable Wi-Fi connection while working remotely.
• Master's degree or higher in Clinical/Counseling/Industrial Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Operations or Business Administration (mental healthcare experience preferred).
• Registered Clinical Counselor or Full Member status with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) or equivalent recognized professional board.
