Cloud DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to join Temus’s Cloud Engineering team. In this role you will design, build, automate and operate secure, scalable and highly‑available cloud platforms for our public‑sector and private‑sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure and/or GCP, ensuring security, scalability and resilience.
• Manage containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, supporting micro‑service architectures.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and automate configuration using Ansible.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, integrating automated testing and security scanning.
• Configure cloud networking components (VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, DNS, load balancers, firewalls) and manage traffic with NGINX or native load balancers.
• Collaborate with solution architects, software engineers, QA and security teams to translate designs into production‑ready environments.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience delivering cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking, security and modern software engineering practices.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and drive automation standards.
