Cloud Ops Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Reliability Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Reliability team. You will own the reliability, observability, automation, and operational excellence of our payment platforms, working closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation, monitor production systems and lead incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Configure New Relic APM, infrastructure monitoring, logs, distributed tracing, browser monitoring, and synthetics; build dashboards, alerts and synthetic payment journeys.
• Manage AWS services including ECS, EKS, EC2, RDS (Oracle & PostgreSQL) and MSK (Kafka); drive Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve mean‑time‑to‑detect (MTTD) and mean‑time‑to‑recover (MTTR) while maintaining SLIs/SLOs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of SRE/DevOps experience in high‑volume, 24/7 production environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and security standards such as MAS TRM, DR, and PCI DSS.
• Automation‑first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
