Cloud Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cloud infrastructure initiatives, overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post‑go‑live support. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment with private‑cloud standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, deliverables and success criteria, and track progress against them.
• Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment and support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating coordination between engineering, operations, cybersecurity and business units.
• Work closely with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment with private‑cloud platforms such as OpenStack, VMware and Kubernetes.
• Coordinate with vendors, cloud service providers and third‑party integrators, and balance internal and external resources.
• Oversee compliance with data sovereignty, privacy, security and enterprise policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or software deployment projects, with at least 3 years in cloud environments.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proven experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies, hybrid delivery a plus.

Required skills

• Private‑cloud technologies: VMware, OpenStack, Red Hat, Nutanix, Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code and automation tools: Ansible, Terraform.
• CI/CD integration, containers and identity management.
• Compliance and security frameworks for regulated environments.
