About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Club Technician to join our golf shop team. You will work closely with fitters to custom‑build and repair golf clubs, ensuring each customer receives equipment that matches their game. The role combines hands‑on workshop duties with direct customer interaction and sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform club repairs, custom builds, and quality inspections.
• Assemble clubs according to fitters’ specifications, maintaining precision and durability.
• Maintain fitting tools, software, and workshop equipment in optimal condition.
• Provide expert advice on off‑the‑shelf clubs and custom specifications to customers.
• Support store operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Assist with nationwide fitting events, demo days, and corporate golf programs.
• Achieve weekly sales targets and contribute to marketing displays.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a golf club technician or in club repair.
• Strong technical knowledge of golf club components and fitting equipment.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced workshop environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude with good communication skills.
• Motivation to meet sales goals and support store initiatives.
