Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager to lead the operational and business performance of multiple learning centres across Singapore. This senior, hands‑on role requires a strong background in education, tuition or enrichment services and the ability to drive results through a distributed team of Centre Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to Centre Managers (CMs) across several locations to meet business and performance targets.
• Monitor sales, enrolment, customer retention, operational efficiency and service standards, and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify challenges and coach CMs.
• Ensure consistent customer experience, service quality, SOPs and operational procedures across all centres.
• Review and optimise operational processes for greater efficiency and productivity.
• Manage performance, development and staffing of CMs and the wider operations team.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff deployment and operating expenses.
• Collaborate with senior management on initiatives, process improvements and system implementations.
• Support expansion projects such as new centre openings and relocations.

Required profile

• Degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the tuition, enrichment or education industry.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or supervisory role overseeing multiple locations.
• Proven experience managing Centre Managers or similar middle‑management teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑site operations, manpower and operational costs.
