Commercial Account Manager – Sales

About the role

ASUS is seeking a proactive Commercial Account Manager to drive sales growth across its product portfolio. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new customers to nurturing existing partner relationships, ensuring the company’s market presence continues to expand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans covering product, channel, and geographic mixes.
• Identify, approach, and secure new customers while maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including pre‑sales, sales, and after‑sales support.
• Recruit and onboard new partners, increasing market share within the assigned territory.
• Drive sell‑through, inventory control, and sell‑out plans with existing partners to meet targets.
• Resolve partner issues through effective coordination and communication.
• Monitor competitor and market trends to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with distributor and internal teams on channel and business development.
• Organise training for internal teams and external customers.
• Coordinate with service and back‑office teams to resolve disputes and support partner growth.

Required profile

• Self‑starter capable of working independently and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong PC proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Energetic, optimistic, and customer‑service oriented.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Proven experience managing channel partners and system integrators.
