Commercial Banking Relationship Management - AVP

About the role

OCBC, Singapore's longest established bank, is looking for a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager (AVP) to build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers. The role helps clients grow their businesses through tailored solutions, working closely with product specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients, building and maintaining relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct regular client reviews to understand their business needs and identify growth opportunities
• Work with product specialists to develop tailored solutions, including cash management, trade finance and lending products
• Provide exceptional service by responding to client queries and resolving issues
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field such as business or finance
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to understand complex business needs and develop tailored solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
