Commercial Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to support our design‑and‑build projects in Singapore. The role involves managing tender documentation, cost analysis and liaising with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing pre‑ and post‑tender documents, including BoQ, progress claims and cost sheets.
• Review and monitor project costing, profitability and perform cost analysis.
• Coordinate the handover of awarded projects to the project department and arrange kick‑off meetings.
• Participate in commercial meetings and handle daily administrative tasks such as quotations, delivery orders and invoices.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Post‑Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in design‑and‑build or construction projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings for costing and estimation is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work independently.
