Commercial Head – Consumer Business

About the role

AMILI is seeking a Commercial Head to lead and scale its Consumer Business across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This senior leader will own the P&L, shape strategy, and drive revenue growth for innovative microbiome‑based health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Consumer Business strategy aligned with overall commercial objectives.
• Own the Consumer Business P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue, profitability and performance.
• Identify new market opportunities, consumer segments and growth initiatives across Singapore and regional markets.
• Design pricing, promotional and commercial strategies to maximise long‑term growth.
• Lead channel expansion across retail, pharmacy, owned e‑commerce and strategic partnerships.
• Build and scale a Digital Commerce strategy to acquire, convert and retain customers.
• Oversee market entry plans, commercial models and end‑to‑end customer journey optimisation.
• Partner with Marketing to launch demand‑generation campaigns and evidence‑based product education.
• Implement Commercial Excellence frameworks, KPIs, dashboards and forecasting processes.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in consumer‑focused health or related sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building and scaling businesses.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution skills.
• Experience managing P&L and driving profitable growth.
• Ability to work across multiple Southeast Asian markets and adapt to varied regulatory environments.
